Our Sports

Drop in and join our experienced leaders for a fun walk or run while you build your endurance and technique. We will prepare and encourage you to participate in a variety of run and walk events around Victoria.  All levels welcome.

Sports are a great way to engage with other members in a fun atmosphere!  All recreational sport times require advanced sign up on the day of play.

Call 250.386.7511 to sign up.  All Members may sign up at opening.  Non-members can sign up at 11:00am.

Our sports are so fun we often have extra players who want to get in the game.  If you have signed up you MUST check in with the Volunteer Coordinator in the gym by the START TIME of the session.

Participants who have NOT checked in by the start time of the session will forfeit their space to waiting players.

All sports are recreational & instruction is not provided.  Players should have basic skills to drop in.  Unless otherwise noted all sports are ages 13+.

Schedule

BADMINTON

  • Nets will be set up and members are asked to bring their own racquets. Kings court will be played on the 1st Wednesday of each month.

VOLLEYBALL

BASKETBALL

  • Thursday session is 18+.

INDOOR SOCCER

  • Members can enjoy the full space of the gym, indoor ball and nets will be provided.

FLOOR HOCKEY

  • Teams are organized on arrival and members referee the games themselves. Please bring your own stick.  All floor hockey is 18+.
