    Starts back up in September 16th 2019
    Take the traditional run group, turn it upside down, mix it with a healthy dose of fun, frivolity and a few surprises, and you get the Y Walk/Run Group. The schedule will be a structured 12-week plan of workouts that focus on the importance of the warm-up and cool down, tempo, speed and the art of the long run.

    Your leaders have a combined 25+ years of experience and are ready to help you meet your goals be it a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon. If you are an injured runner, want to stroll through beautiful Victoria or are looking for the motivation of friendly faces to get you up and active, we have a group of dedicated leaders ready to support you.

    The Y Walk/Run Group will give you confidence leading up to whatever walking or running goals you have set for yourself this year. All levels welcome.
