Reservation Info

Reservations are required for access to the Y. As per the PHO Order, capacity of spaces and classes has been reduced.  Please limit yourself to 1 activity per day to allow for more space for your fellow members. Please cancel your reservation if you can not make your time slot.  Our team is working to update the app and online calendars with available times, please check back if no times are showing available.

We recommend you have notifications set for your app so you are alerted if a time has been cancelled. We appreciate your ongoing patience.

Reservations are limited to 1 activity per day to ensure that all members have an opportunity to participate at their Y.

Please note that you should purchase your membership first, then proceed with downloading the app. There is a delay between the two systems and may take up to 1 hour for your membership to appear in the app.

Allow notifications during your app installation to receive push notifications for changes to schedules and other important information.

If you do not have a device that can use our new app there are 2 other options to make your Required Reservation to come to the Y.  Use our interactive online schedules or give us a call.

Please ensure you have signed on to the Y’s Online Service Portal and purchased a Y membership first.  Without a membership you will be unable to make reservations.  Once you have purchased your membership it may take up to 60 minutes for the app to sync with the membership system.

After you have purchased your membership, download the new Y mobile app.  There is a 30-60 minute delay from the time of purchase so the app and our registration software can synch together.  If you try to use the app before purchasing a membership you will not be successful.
