Do you have specific goals you want assistance working to achieve.  Why not try working with one of the Y’s awesome personal coaches.

Personal Coaching sessions are available to Y members to work one on one with a qualified personal coach for 4 weeks. With four, 50-minute sessions, coaches and members will work together to create a workout plan to help the member meet their fitness goals.

Extra COVID- 19 protocols are in place. Face coverings are strongly encouraged; trainers will stay 2 meters away from participant whenever possible. Members will be given sanitizer to clean equipment before and after use. Change rooms and showers are available for use after personal coaching sessions.

Members have the option of booking a semi- private Personal Coaching session. Member booking Personal Coaching is responsible for registering second participant and ensuring they are present for sessions.
