CAMP TRANSPORTATION
Bus
Day campers are automatically registered for bus transportation from the Downtown Y or Westhills Y. You will be asked to indicate your bus stop during registration.
Overnight campers must register separately for a seat on the bus (one way) if not being driven by car. There is an extra fee.
Driving Your Camper by Car
Please ensure you allow yourself plenty of time to get to camp. Traffic between Victoria and Camp is really bad on Fridays in the summer; please give yourself time and be patient.
Approximate Driving Times
- From Downtown Victoria – 60-90 minutes
- From Uptown Shopping Centre – 45-70 minutes
- From Langford Weshills Y – 30 minutes

In 2026, we are unable to accommodate Ferry or Airport pick up/drop off.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP
Anyone picking up will be required to present photo ID and sign in/out their camper. For information on how to make changes to your authorized pick up people click here. Registration in overnight camp DOES NOT include bus transportation.
Camper Drop Off Time
Times listed below are bus departure times, and buses do not wait for late participants. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY to allow for bus loading. Guardians need to stay until the bus departs.

Camper Pick Up Time
Traffic on Fridays can be especially heavy please give yourself ample time to arrive. Late parent/guardian arrival further delays our bus service. Westhills: Bus arrives between 4:20-4:30 and continues downtown at 4:30 sharp. Children not picked up by 4:30 will remain on the bus and travel downtown.
